What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and you can also use any major credit card via PayPal. Other payment methods will be added in the near future.
Can I get a refund for a purchased item?
Due to the nature of the digital goods that we sell, we can only issue a refund in special circumstances. If the purchased item does not work as described by the seller, or if it is faulty, please contact our support including purchase date, license number of purchased item, and provide us with all relevant information.
How do I receive a purchased item?
All items are available via secure downloading. Upon completed payment you will receive a specially crafted download link that expires within a set time limit. You can also download the item from your purchase history page after you sign in.
How do I get support for a purchased item?
Support for an item is the responsibility of the item’s vendor. You can send a direct message to the author via a contact form on vendor’s shop page. If the vendor does not respond in a timely manner, you can report the issue to us and we will take appropriate action.
