» You can purchase a space on a pixels page whereby you decide on the number of pixels you want to purchase for the related period. Pixels are available in blocks of 10x10 pixels. The minimum purchase is 100 pixels and the maximum purchase is whatever is left in the grid. When you buy pixels you will not own any part of this site. You are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the selected pixels page/location in the space you have paid for. At no point does an advertiser own any part of SimplytheBest.net or other SimplytheBest Web site. Payment is for showing the advert, not ownership of the space in which it resides.

» The link is directly to your URL and will have a high pagerank potential. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live.

» You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them. Make sure the image and the link are as you want them to appear on the pixels page. Once your image and link are accepted and published on the pixels page, you cannot modify the ad nor get a refund.

» No obscene, offensive, adult images/links, links to link farms, or links to Web sites with popup windows will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show unacceptable material your link will be removed, and no refund of any kind will be made. If for whatever reason you want your image and link to be removed from the pixels page, you can do so, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available again.

» Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10hx10w pixels) and must be in GIF or PNG format and have a reasonable file size. Images may NOT be animated.

» You must be the owner or have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.

» Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, your pixels will be online within 24-48 hours. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live.

» Changes to this Web site may be made at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
