RightJS
RightJS is a modular JavaScript framework. It has a very skinny (15k gzipped) core that has all the standard features, like dom-manipulation, animation, forms, cookies, events handling and so on. It provides you with an environment and basic building blocks, which you can reuse, patch, bend and hack, making the core itself fit your application. The RightJS UI provides a collection of useful interfaces and widgets from Autocompleter, Billboard, Calendar, Colorpicker, In Place Edit, Lightbox, Rater, Resizable, Slider, Sortable, Tabs, Tooltips, Uploader, and more.

Spry
The Adobe Labs Spry framework for Ajax is a JavaScript library for web designers that provides functionality that allows designers to build pages that provide a richer experience for their users. It is designed to bring Ajax to the web design community who can benefit from Ajax, but are not well served by other frameworks. It is HTML centric, and easy to implement for users with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The framework was designed such that the markup is simple and the JavaScript is minimal.

Yahoo! User Interface Library (YUI)
The YUI Library is a set of utilities and controls, written in JavaScript, for building richly interactive Web applications using techniques such as DOM scripting, DHTML and AJAX. YUI is available under a BSD license and is free for all uses. The YUI project includes the YUI Library and two build-time tools: YUI Compressor (minification) and YUI Doc (documentation engine for JavaScript code). You can find a growing library of YUI utilities, controls or widgets, and CSS tools.
