DSpeech
A TTS (Text To Speech) program with ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) integrated. It can read aloud written text and choose the sentences to be pronounced based upon the vocal answers of the user. Saves output to a WAV or MP3 file. SAPI 4-5 compliant.
