Deliver the honey to the bear. Click on a connected group of 3 or more flowers to remove the flowers that you see just before the Bee. That will move the Bee forward to the next flower, until...it gets to the money and the bear. When you see a shovel, you need to get it to the bottom, so it can dig away what is in the way.
