Solution 1

You have a backup plugin installed.

In this case, just install the latest backup file.

Solution 2

You do not have a backup plugin installed.

Then you need to upload the original WordPress files thus overwriting all. This could also fix the problem.

Solution 3

Hopefully you did backup at least the database from time to time. In that case, you can re-install WordPress and upload your database file.

This solution may not put everything back as it was before, so it is only the last resort.
