Downloadable products

Downloadable products (such as software, themes, templates, etc..) can be downloaded after the payment has been authenticated and verified. Some suppliers prefer to keep the items under their own supervision, in which case you will receive an email from the supplier how and where to download the purchased item.

Refunds

Some suppliers offer a refund within 15 days of purchase even after the item has been downloaded. However, many suppliers do not offer a refund once the item has been downloaded.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees depend on the supplier of a product. Depending on where it is shipped from and where it has to be shipped to, the shipping fees vary. Some suppliers offer free shipping to some countries. Many items are shipped from warehouses in the USA and the EU. Some items, however, are shipped from far away places. The shipping fee is added to the total amount for each product when you purchase a product.

Shipping to over 200 countries

Some of our suppliers offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations they are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will let you know.

Custom fees

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing any product, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping time

Shipping time varies by location. Usually items are shipped within 2-5 days, but depending on supplier it may be up to 25 days.

Refunds

Most products come with a 15 days return policy. Personalized items, clothing, footwear and similar items can generally not be returned. No refunds are given on broken items or wear and tear on a returned item. Shipping fees are never refunded.
